Excella Life Sciences is a pharmaceutical company. We are into manufacturing and marketing various pharmaceutical brands. We entered Indian Pharma Market (IPM) in the year 2003 with Critical Care Segment.
When you promote “Life Saving Drugs”, your performance is measured by ‘How many Lives You have saved?’. This demanded exacting world class quality standards from Excella. As a new entrepreneurial venture, this aspect of Critical Care Segment gave us (still continues to give) lots of challenges.
Yet this has helped us immensely, to mature as a trustworthy partner to most esteemed customers/institutions in each & every state of India.

We have manufacturing locations at three places :
1. WHO – GMP certified Plant at Solan, Himachal Pradesh
2. GMP certified factory for manufacturing orals at Manesar, Haryana.
3. A totally integrated state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Jammu will be ready in 2011.
We have our registered office at New Delhi, where we have 3 large warehouses with a cool room for Cold Chain Products. Our first branch office has been established at Chennai – Tamilnadu recently.
We cover more than 20,000 clinicians across India (as on September 2010), covering almost all the metro cities and A class towns.
Our talented field force is present in the entire county from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Ahmedabad to Kohima.
We will surpass a topline revenue objective of Rs150 Crores by the year 2015.
Excella will be atleast a Rs 1000 Crore company by 2025!
By 2015, our field force will be 600 strong and Excella Field Force will reach to more than 1 lakh Doctors across India. Soon we will become an Indian MNC with our presence in all SAARC Countries – Nepal to start with. Excella will have a significant presence of our brands in all major therapeutic segments namely : Anti-infectives, Nutritionals, Cardiovasculars, Anti Diabetics etc.
We will be diversifying into OTC segments and Pharma Retail Chain as well.
ECEs (Excella Centre of Excellence)
We plan to have 5 ECEs at 5 strategic locations across India which will be virtually decentralized and will be ‘stand-alone’ profit centers.
